Who We Are
InSight Out Media is a faith-based media organization covering news, culture, and everyday life through a biblical worldview. We produce podcasts, videos, articles, and resources for people who want to think clearly, discern what’s true, and live like they actually believe it.
We live in a time of constant information, but not always understanding. Headlines are everywhere. Commentary is endless. But too often, it never leads anywhere.
The deeper issue isn't just "out there"—it's in here. G.K. Chesterton was once asked what's wrong with the world. His answer: I am. The problem isn't only the culture, the news, or the noise. It’s that we’re not always living in light of what we say we believe.
That's what InSight Out Media is here to address.
What We Do
We exist to help people see the world through God’s eyes, discern what’s true, and live their faith out—personally and publicly, in every area of life.
In other words, we help connect what we believe to how we actually live.
Too often, we don't slow down long enough to think critically about what we're seeing and hearing. That means taking the time to digest and discern: what's really happening here and what does God say about it?
At InSight Out, we offer perspective, sometimes opinion and sometimes simply the facts. And we won’t leave you without direction. But we’re not here to think for you. The thinking is yours. We’re here to sharpen it.
InSight is where it begins. Out is where it’s lived.
Who We Serve
IOM community is made up of thoughtful people, believers and seekers, who want more than what the world offers. We want lives that are shaped by our belief in Jesus Christ. And many of us feel the disconnect between what we profess and how we actually live.
We’re not looking for perfect people. We’re looking for something real, where faith isn’t just performed, but actually lived. “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.”—James 1:22
We’re learning, together, to let truth shape how we think. And how we live.
InSight Out Media is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, supported by listeners, readers, and partners who believe this kind of media isn’t just helpful—it’s necessary.
About Devin Almonte
Devin Almonte is the founder and executive producer of InSight Out Media, and the host of The InSight Out Show and Anchor Points. She challenges audiences to think deeply about faith, culture, and purpose, offering clarity for the mind, joy for the heart, and truth for the times.
With a background in business, broadcasting, film, commercial work, and media production, she has worked with companies including QVC, HSN, and Macy’s Merchandising Group, gaining experience across product development, sales, media, and on-air work.
Her work in radio, storytelling and faith-based media allows her to engage audiences in a way that is both thoughtful and relatable—helping people connect what they believe to how they live.
A Colson Fellow and graduate of the World Journalism Institute, she has written for The Blaze, The Stream, and other outlets, integrating theology, worldview, and storytelling to address today's most pressing issues. She brings the discipline of a journalist and the warmth of someone who genuinely loves the people she's talking to.
She takes the work seriously—but not herself. Broken, redeemed, and still learning.
Her goal is to equip people to see the world through a biblical lens and live their faith with clarity and confidence. Because how we live matters.
